it seemsto be a simple CSS trick so please check and reslve it, in you sample at http://www.asp.net/AJAX/AjaxControlToolkit/Samples/ValidatorCallout/ValidatorCallout.aspx when you right click onpage and select Right-To-Left direction , thevalidator callout appears incorrect.
